- We recommend guests avoid driving down into the driveway while snow is on the ground. There are cleared parking spots (enough for 2 vehicles) up beside the roadway, directly in front of the house. The driveway is challenging in the winter and you could get stuck.
- Some cell service providers have a poor signal at this home.
- There is no air conditioning in this home, but has fans provided for your comfort.
- The master bathroom has a tub only. No shower.

Location and view was beautiful. Some of the house could use some updating. House could be cleaned better, lots of dust and cobwebs everywhere. Breaker flipped on Christmas night and we had to call the after hours number for help. The gentleman was amazingly helpful and pleasant.

It is a perfect spot for the active family. No toddlers or elderly as the steps to get to the Lake are pretty tough to navigate if you are super young or super old....But everything else about the property is perfect!
