If the weather turns cold warm up by getting a fire started in the central wood stove while your group congregates in the living room. Although this home is very private you are still close to a grocery and hardware store as well as a quaint restaurant in Plain. Enjoy outdoor sports in every season including hiking, zip lines, skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, swimming and boating just minutes away! Downtown Leavenworth is just 19 miles away and the countryside drive is lovely.

Lovely setting. Very clean. The wood stove was awesome. We couldn't believe how quickly it heated the house. It was so nice that there were a few Christmas decorations. The plow driver - who I assume is a neighbor greeted us and advised how best to park cars in snowy conditions...
