Jessica was excellent in all of our discussions. One house mate couldnt get into the garage and the team was available and helped her quickly.

We totally loved our stay. The condo/apartment was so beautiful, much more than we expected! We were in the downtown, close to all the restaurants and exploring Leavenworth. The space was comfortable, quiet and everything g we needed was there. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Very nice condo with great parking

We really didnt have much interaction as it wasnt necessary but all communication for the renting process was great.

This is the third property we have rented through Love Leavenworth so that says a lot. We are never disappointed and will continue to use them in any future visits to this wonderful town.

As stated, this was our second year in a row booking with Love Leavenworth and we again had Hannah as our main point of contact. From start to finish she provided fantastic, five star support. She made sure everything was to our liking and provided exceptional recommendations for things to do in our area, making our trip even better than we anticipated. Thank you, Hannah, for all of the support you provided and truly making our experience one we will never forget!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Base Camp Lodge and spending our second year in a row at a Love Leavenworth property! We look forward to making this a tradition and seeing you next year!

The after hours person giving us directions was very good.

Excellent cabin with all of the amenities you would need.

They were incredibly helpful and even allowed us late checkout!

We had the best time. It was really nice to stay in a home, rather than a hotel - we had our own kitchen, we felt super safe, we had a lot of privacy, our own parking space. Checkout and check in was fast and easy. We just loved this house and felt right at home - but better than our own home :)

Love Leavenworth is an awesome team of wonderful people. Whenever I deal with Sean it is a pleasure as he/his group are always available to ensure their clients satisfaction/happiness. Natasha is excellent! She always goes the extra mile to make sure our visits are a pleasurable experience.

It was a wonderful winter family vacation for six adults - five from Southern California! We were glad to have our son-in-law from Washington to help navigate the snowy and icy driveway when we arrived. He knew how to use the blue salt. We love Leavenworth!

The check in said to go over the house and let them know if anything was not right. I texted some minor details and they were quick to thank me. When I called about the dishwasher, they were kind and said they would send someone right away, and they did.

We couldn't have been more pleased. We have been doing this outing for the past 20 years, and I think this was one of the best properties we have stayed in. It had something for everyone and everyone was comfortable. Thank you.

The one interaction I had was pleasant. They wanted to make sure we hadn't checked in yet since the maintainance guy needed to get in. They double checked our arrival time to ensure he would be gone before we arrived.

Overall our stay was great. We didn't hear anything from the bar below on either night. It was the perfect location right in town, plenty close by to walk to. We didn't feel burdened if we had to run back for any reason. Having our own parking space was AMAZING since the city was packed! The double keypad entry made us feel safe especially traveling with our kids. We could've easily stayed another night.

Perfect house for two families. We love to XC ski and there were lots of amazing options near by.

Your team made last minute accommodation for us so we didn't need to cancel- the original unit had electrical issues. You communicated with us on Christmas eve and Christmas day to help with alternative stay in unit 23. You saved our family vacation.
