How do I check into my vacation home?
A week before your arrival date we will send you driving directions and an access code for your vacation rental. Our vacation rental properties are equipped with a state of the art locking system that allows us to program your unique access code.  This code is only valid during your reserved dates and times of arrival and departure.  Standard check in time is anytime after 4:00 PM, unless you have made prior arrangements through our reservation office (early check in fees may apply).

What happens if we arrive later in the evening?
You are welcome to show up anytime after 4:00 PM on your reserved check-in date. Regardless of your time of arrival, no refunds will be granted for any reason (including inclement weather, road closures, and other unforeseen events). 


What are your regular business hours?
Our office hours are from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. If you are staying in one of our wonderful homes and find yourself in need of immediate assistance, please call our regular business line, select immediate assistance, and we will answer or return your call as soon as possible.


What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
For reservations using Online Travel Agents (“OTA”) such as Airbnb and VRBO: The cancellation policy is posted on the OTAs website to view before booking and after booking. The cancellation policy posted by the OTA at the time of reservation is considered to be the policy in force for the duration of the reservation. 
For direct reservations with AGENT: Should the need arise for GUEST to cancel reservation 14 days prior to arrival, regardless of the reason, GUEST will receive a full refund of the deposit minus a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund, and no date changes will be allowed unless deemed necessary by AGENT.
Love Leavenworth LLC offers Generali Travel Protection Insurance for your vacation investment. AGENT is not responsible for any weather, road closures, wildfires, smoke, and air quality or other Acts of God that interrupt or cancel trip, and there will be no refunds within 14 days of arrival. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. 


Is there a cleaning fee for homes?
Yes, there is a one-time cleaning fee that is applied when you make your reservation. This fee is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and overall size of the property. If you’d like additional cleaning during your stay, we offer a mid-stay cleaning option that you can select when making your reservation or by giving our office a call at 509-548-LOVE (5683).


Do you allow pets?
We do have rentals available that allow your furry friends to vacation with you.  An additional fee is required along with a completed Pet Addendum for any of our pet friendly properties. Failure to notify and sign pet addendum is cause for Love Leavenworth to terminate license to rent home and guests may be asked to vacate property without a refund if a non reserved pet is found in a property.


Is smoking allowed?
No, all of our rental properties are non-smoking. Tobacco and marijuana are both prohibited inside the properties.


Are we required to bring our own linens?
No, all of our vacation rentals are staged for you to come and relax upon arrival.  We provide freshly laundered linens for each and every guest. 


What time do we need to check out by?
Our standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM on your date of departure unless you have made prior arrangements through our reservation office (late check-out fees may apply).
