Art House - Whimsical Downtown Home

Welcome to "Art House", a recently renovated home owned by some of our local artists. From the moment you walk through the door, you'll find there are all kinds of personal touches throughout that are both fun and clever!

On the main level, you will surely enjoy gathering in the cheery open space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas provide plenty of seating, lots of light, and access to the covered side deck where the outdoor grill lives, just outside the kitchen door. The couch doubles as a sofa-sleeper! There is a queen guest bedroom and a separate full bathroom just down the hall. Head on up the stairs and you will discover another two queen guest bedrooms and a nook with a cozy twin sized futon. There is an additional full separate bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own mural, all of which are full of character and charm!

Walk through the door just off the kitchen and you will find yourself heading down to the entertainment-filled basement area. Here you and your group can take a shot at darts or foosball. Feel free to kick up your feet to watch a show on the TV that has a Roku for streaming through. Tucked aside there is also a laundry room and a cute reading bench with lots of floor space for the kiddos to spread out their beloved toys to keep them busy.

On summer nights, enjoy the back deck table and seating area for dining al fresco or to just sit under the stars and share quality time with friends and family alike.

This home sits just on the edge of downtown where you can easily walk through all the shops and restaurants that are within a few minutes of this location. There is a trail system practically out the door that follows along the Wenatchee River and close to where people get out of the river after a fun-filled time tubing. This home is spacious and perfectly located for you and your guests to relax and head out for a day of adventure in our beautiful area!
