This classy ADULTS-ONLY newly constructed cottage will provide you with one of the most stunning views our area has to offer of the gorgeous Icicle Valley and the ever so popular Enchantments Range that are just a few minutes away.

Designed with guests in mind, this lovely space comes equipped for you and your guests to relax and take in the beauty that surrounds. From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll see what we mean! The living room flows into the dining room and kitchen in this nice airy common space, meaning the chef of your group won’t miss a beat while whipping up home cooked meals. Plentifully stocked with cookware and updated appliances, the kitchen is sure to satisfy even the most sophisticated cooks. Just off the kitchen, you might notice the outside seating area which offers a second dining experience for those that prefer their meals out in the fresh mountain air. The BBQ is just off to the side, so again, your chef will always feel included! The living area is adorned with some unique custom pieces and invites you to sit back and enjoy great conversation or turn on that favorite Netflix series you’ve all been talking about! In the winter months, take advantage of the freestanding gas fireplace, which conveniently sets the tone for a relaxing evening. 

After a nice meal and a day filled with adventure, close out your night in one of the two sleeping quarters just down the hall. Equipped with plush king sized beds wrapped in hotel quality linens, sleeping soundly won’t be a concern here. The master bedroom has an attached  bathroom complete with granite countertops, a rock floor shower, and a luxury shower head. Just across the hall, the other bedroom can be found. Although the second bathroom is not attached to this bedroom, it is located right next door and yields the same amenities as the master bathroom. 

This home is conveniently located just outside of downtown Leavenworth 3.1 miles. You can enjoy all that town has to offer before escaping to this more secluded, peaceful atmosphere in the hills. If you have recreation in mind for this trip, there are plenty of options no matter what time of year. This is a great base camp while you are here hitting some white water or xc skiing. How about rock climbing or an amazing hike? There are too many options to list, but these mentioned are just a few and all close by. With its updated amenities and picture perfect views, you’ll never want to leave!

• Due to the rocky terrain around this home, no children are allowed. This is an adult only accommodation. We appreciate your understanding. 

While we do our very best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded at all times, winter conditions can change rapidly and make access both to and from challenging. The road leading up to this home has a significant slope. When snow and ice are on the ground, 4WD/AWD vehicles with good traction tires are necessary. Chains are recommended for all and a must for 2WD vehicles.
